date will incur the loss of the deposit paid.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of due arrival, or
during the holiday, will incur a charge of 80%
of the full holiday cost, unless we are able to
resell the room(s). It is always worth letting
us know, even if you have to cancel at the last
minute, as we always endeavour to keep the
Bridge House full. Finally, we recommend
insurance cover so that you are financially
protected in the event of late cancellation,
alteration or early termination of your stay.
Holiday Insurance
- When you book your UK holiday, you are
entering into a legally binding contract. What
would happen if you fell ill, had an accident -
if you were made redundant, for example? You
could be faced with a large bill. Why not cover
yourself with holiday insurance, so that you can
relax and look forward to your holiday with
total peace of mind
Discounts do not
apply in the event of any meals not being taken
as our costs are fixed in this regard.
Hotel rooms are
normally available from 13.30 on day of arrival.
Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10.30
on the day of departure.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the
hotel.
Luggage
- we are happy to help with
carrying guests’ cases but please use small
cases as heavy ones can exceed current health &
safety guidelines. We don’t mind more journeys -
we just wish to avoid strain injuries! - Thank
you.
N.B. all our hotel rooms are double, twin or
family rooms - we do not have single rooms.
Christmas & New
Year - after many very successful years we are
no longer open for Christmas or New Year. Bridge
House Hotel closes for refurbishment in December
and is open from early January onwards.
